Product Conditions

1.	New	Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in the original, unopened package.
2.	OEM	It is a New item (as defined above) but is in a brown non-retail box.
3.	Generic - 3rd party	It is a New item (as defined above) but is a generic version manufactured by a separate manufacturer.
4.	Refurbished / Open Box	Open Box & Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (e.g. a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it). Whether an item is returned a month later or the very next day, each Open Box & Refurbished item is carefully inspected and tested by Gr0_ovytech prior to being shipped. Open Box & Refurbished items may have been used slightly. Before being sold, each product goes through a detailed and rigorous inspection to make sure that the item is close to like-new or almost new condition. Every product targeted for refurbishing/reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After undergoing any necessary repairs and/or sanitation, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional reconditioning company. After going through the reconditioning process, the product is returned to like-new or almost new condition. Open Box & Refurbished products may have the serial-number blacked-out, the UPC code removed, or the front page of the manual removed by the manufacturer. Open Box & Refurbished products are usually packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes, and some non-basic components (e.g cables, manuals, or accessories) may be missing. 5.	Like New	Item has never been used or slightly used. It looks and functions identical to a New item (as defined above), but for some reason this item does not qualify as New. Item may not come in the original package.
6.	Very Good	Item looks and functions as if it were new, but may have light marks or scratches. Accessories, manuals, cables and software may not be included with the item. Please see item description for package contents.
7.	Good	Item works as new. Minimal cosmetic damage to product. Some wear and tear but not excessive. Some non-basic components may be missing. Please see item description for package contents.
8.	Acceptable	The most important functions of the item work as new. Functions that do not work should be described in detail in the description. May have some damage; some non-basic components may be missing.
9.	Not Working	Item DOES NOT WORK. Sold As Is.
